Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use PhantomMic and this website, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or high contrast. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we've done
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, shows where the keyboard focus is, and starts with a "Skip to content" link.
- Text and controls meet AA color contrast on our dark theme, and pages reflow on small screens and when zoomed.
- Form fields have labels, images have text alternatives, and pages use headings and landmarks screen readers can navigate by.
- In the app, buttons have names and tooltips, and the PIN pad works from the keyboard.
What we know isn't perfect
The card form at checkout is provided by Paddle, our reseller, inside a frame on our page; we name the frame for screen readers, but its contents are Paddle's. Some app windows draw their own controls, which screen readers may describe less fully than standard Windows controls.
Tell us about a problem
If something on the site or in the app is hard to use, email [email protected] with the page or screen and what happened. We'll reply within five business days, and help you get what you need another way while we fix it.
